A. Yes! The all-occasion cake email is ggcakesny@gmail.com. Please know that we do our best to answer emails as quickly as possible. We will do our best to respond within 2 weeks time. If you have an emergency please call us directly to ensure we can get your questions and inquiries answered on time for you.
Q? Do you deliver?
A. We do offer delivery services pending availability. We generally deliver to all parts of Westchester County, NY and parts of New Jersey, New York City and Connecticut. Send us an address and we’ll be more than happy to provide a quote.
Q? Where are you located?
A. Our business is strictly by appointment only, therefore we do not have a storefront. We are happy to meet clients for consultations and tastings at a location that is convenient for all. Our home base is in Ossining, New York and we service all of Westchester County, parts of New Jersey, Connecticut and New York City.
Q? Do you have gluten or sugar free?
A. Yes! We do both chocolate and vanilla gluten and sugar free cakes. These are a special order item and require a minimum of 72 hours in advance to place an order.
Q? How much do you charge for specialty, sculpted or novelty cakes?
A. Prices vary depending on size and complexity of the design. For specialty or novelty cakes, please contact us for a price quote.
Q? Your cakes are beautiful, but do they taste good too?
A. We make all of our cakes and sweet treats to order. That means no frozen products here! We only use fresh ingredients, including real butter, milk, flour, sugar and eggs! When we make raspberry filling, we are rendering down fresh raspberries and straining the seeds to create a smooth and fresh flavor. This means our cakes not only look beautiful, but they also taste delicious – see what our clients have to say.
Q? How can I order a cakes, cupcakes or cookies?
A. Yes! It’s important that we work together to incorporate your style and tastes into your order. We work individually with each client to ensure your cake, cupcakes or cookies are tailored for your event. For design inspiration, check out our gallery of images.
Q? How far in advance should I place my order?
A. We’d like as much lead-time as possible…but if you have a short notice order, ask us, and we’ll try to get it done for you! If possible, we ask that you give us at least 4 to 6 weeks notice on cake orders.
